The first national forum of tax advisors

The Chamber of Tax Advisors of Ukraine invites you to participate on the First National Forum of tax advisors, which will be held on June 5-6, 2014 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The tax advisors under the international practice specialize in the field of financial accounting, tax legislation and related spheres. The tax adviser is considered to be valuable finding for business so as it carries out client’s activity preventing of possible risks including cooperation with the tax authorities in client’s interests. The large sphere of the obligations of the tax advisor consists on filling out and submitting the client’s declaration and up to introduction client’s interests during the court proceeding or negotiations with the governing bodies on the tax issues.

The objectives of the Forum:

• discussion the issues on the functioning and developing of the tax consulting institute in Ukraine – the CTA involves foreign specialists for participation in the Forum;
• creation of the platform for cooperation between Ukrainian tax advisors – the top Ukrainian practices in the field of auditing, accounting, taxation are invited;
• discussion the necessity of the legal regulation of the tax advisors’ activity based on the international practice and finding out common ways of its implementation – the Bill of the tax advisors developed by the CTA will be presented and the public discussion and lobbying will be offered.

During the Forum you will find newest professional literature for the review.

The organizer of the event is the Chamber of Tax Advisors of Ukraine which is non-governmental organization and acts under the Constitution of the Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine on the public organizations, the Law of Ukraine on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Regulation and other current legislation.
